1-2 seconds to get the snap... 1-2 seconds for the arm motion to throw it... 3-4 seconds for the distance to the WR and 2-3 seconds for the catch...

7-11 seconds still thats if he doesn't take any time to look for his guy.

that's an insanely slow snap and arm motion

well it would still take 1-2 secodns for the QB to find the man he is going to throw it to unless it is a screen and the arm motion for a 22 yd pass is alot singe he has to plant his foot.
