what is the best setting?
really depends on your line.how long they can keep you from getting sacked. The closer to open man the sooner you get rid of the ball. I cant ever remember setting it close to route distance. I stay on -50 most of the time.....
you set it on different settings and see what works best for you and your team. best tested in off season.
