Any sugguestions on creating an effective, interception-yielding CB?

I am thinking the primary skills to focus on are:
Speed (to ensure your with the WR, and cover him)
Vision (to see the ball)
Catching (preferably higher than the WR)
Jumping (same)

Would this yield an effective INT-based CB? Ultimately, I'd think that a CB that had many INTs would also be a strong pass-deflecter too. I have a level 5 CB I am using this build on, so he's still mostly a blank slate with 40 SP still unassigned.

your also going to need agility to be able to turn with the WR

I think ints rely on advanced tactics...MOST CBs are built pretty much the same either way
