I'm a GM for another team who gets these all the time. Why should GMs get alerts when they didn't send an offer. Owners maybe but why GMs?

Our team has 3 GM's who have the ability to send contracts. If another GM sent a contract and it got accepted/rejected than the other GM's need that alert so they know what course of action they need to take such as retracting any offers they had out for the same position or whatever the case may be.
The old ways led to too many player being signed and then have to be cut because they signed too many players at a particular position and so on.

I would support the idea of the GM having a check box that would allow them the choice to decide if they want the alerts or not though.
If they do not want the alerts then have the owner take away their ability to send offers.
