The presets are here though, nothing we can do about that. This suggestion would give us more control over how a certain preset is utilized. Don't see the harm in that.

the harm would basically force teams to use the tagging preset as a defense of the wildcat formation. which essentially would allow for any team that uses a RQB to get a added edge of sorts. right now in casual as things are most decent teams don't get killed by rushing QB's like they used to. if the suggestion is implemented then it throws all that casual DC's do to stop a RQB out the window and would force them to use the tagging defensive preset which isn't that great anyway.
