I can assure GLB one thing for sure. If this was implemented there would be alot more flex spent on scrims. More money for little effort. Since you cant run a training camp tihs would be the closest thing to it, once again with the addition of the instant scrims.

Lets say on my team that I was the D-COORD. I log on and change a few things and move a few of my D lineman around and want to see how my changes did. I can go ahead and quickly setup 4 instant scrims against the same team and see what the overall outcome was and how my new tactics and DC changes worked out. I could run 2 scrims 1 way and 2 scrims the other and see what worked best. I would have quick info at my fingertips.

You never know when people are going to log in so instead of having to wait and guess I could just make it happen.

If this were the case then someone could blow the whole flex bank if they got mad... then thats up to 1000 flex gone... (Expecially if they allow for Instant Scrims.)

True but I believe I mentioned somewhere that you could also allow access to the flex bank. I would assume 1 more little tiny check box for that.

Not to mention if you cant trust your upper management then they shouldnt be there. I have been with the same team members for a long time.

ok what if me and you were friends for a long time, and we decided to make a team and I would be the OC and you had someone else for Co-Owner and I wanted to be Co-Owner...

If I got pissed (and you DO Trust me in this situation) I could spam scrims with the flex bank.

If seen people in real life do crazier shit so I aint saying that it wouldnt happen. Im just saying the chances are slim and also you can just add a box to allow them to use the flex bank or not.
