Many folks are like myself and will dump >Day 80 players into the d-leagues for building purposes. I will make an Agent Note for the home page stating they are unavailable and also may not the same note on the player page.

Regardless, owners/GM never read them and send offers anyway.

In addition, if you are a higher level FA, you may have committed to a team, or are on a CPU, and aren't available.

I think it makes sense to be able to "turn off" the ability to receive offers, so that people don't have to waste their time sending them to you, or sending PMs to you, and move onto available players.

I know it's a minor annoyance for agents to deal with an alert or unwanted PM, but it would still be nice not to have to deal with it.

And yet you can not just send offers to people with ads. People without ads, people in D Leagues, people with closed builds looking totally uninterested sometimes will in fact accept a cold call offer. Some very good dots even.

So yes this would help alot.
