After 18 seasons a player accumulates alot of Bonus Tokens - Make it so you can redeem Bonus Tokens for Flex upon retirement - I hate loosing 200 Bonus Points because I retired a player -- Redeem 25 Bonus Points for 1 Flex---200 Bonus Points would give me 8 Flex Points for other players ...Just a Thought ....

what would stop you from making say, a bunch of 100 flex players and just training light the whole time to stock pile BTs... then retire without boost. It'd be like 10 flex per player, that would be free... if I did this with my "extra" flex that's waiting for next seasons boosts etc it'd be like earning interest of flex
so because of this I'm afraid it's NGTH. The basic thing about extra BTs is they can be used for buying SPs etc. If you retire, that's on your own.
Also BTs will never be transferable between players because it could lead to people making a few 100 flex players and being BT farms for another player... especially since you could then purchase SP with the BTs, it would make for players with basically no cap on how many SPs they had.
