The point they're making is this is NGTH right now. They are aware of it, and he (bort) would like to do it but it's not technically feasible for him to do currently.

So the suggest will likely be locked since it will happen if it happens but doesn't really need a suggestion for it. They know.

Man look, I hear you..., but we're talking about practice man, we're not even talking about the game... the actual game, when it matters... We're talking about practice ...

How the hell can I make my teammates better by practicing?

Bort said it would take a lot of re-writing in the SIM to get player ID's to work correctly. it isn't NGTH but it wont happy anytime soon. Locking.
