Just recently retired my free player which was a halfback so I could start the build over, and when I went to use the free player slot again, the halfback position is locked because of "Low demand".

Is there some way there could be a placeholder for free players that retire?
If I would have known this I would have simply dealt with the build as it was.

Please allow free player slots to retain positional build, and if not place some type of memo fore-warning an agent that they will not be able to recreate a position with their free slot before they retire the player.

Thanks

I agree! I signed up for a rookie league this season as a boosting QB thinking i would be able to make him with my free player (since i already had my free player as a QB)

Then... next thing you know i retire him and can't make it... had to make a CB for the team instead.

That's not going to work, as my free player was already in position on a team. They are waiting for him to return.

I did the same thing for a pee wee team. built two MVPs for them and then was forced to build a CB last season and a LB this season. I don't feel like this suggestion would go through though. more of a tough break sort of thing

-1 It's meant to encourage people to build in high demand positions and just because you lucked into a QB or RB doesn't mean you should keep it forever. Suck it up & just make a WR like everyone else.
