Owner, Agents, Dots, alot of possibilities here. Something I see in other online games is not just an end goal, but alot of different ones. Things to achieve while climbing the ladder. Of course we already have the Trophies for assorted things and individual player awards. And granted, this is more baseball related as nothing im aware of has more stats than baseball. These are more lifetime and career based rather than just a season.

IE and Olineman
100 Cake Club
500 Cake Club
1000 Cake Club
2000 Cake Club etc

Then you can click on the level of Cake club and see the members. Pretty soon it will be exclusive but also gives something to work for. Should work for any dot, and quite a few stats. A certificate of some sorf of gif will be added to the dots page, possibly along with a small award, not in flex or reward points but BT's or something like that.

Assorted yardage clubs for ball carriers, receivers and passers. Receptions, completions etc etc. Works for the D as well.

I can agree witht his except for the award being in the form of BT's. that would allow someone to actually game the system to some extent to try to get a added edge. for example say that someone signs a player in a league full of CPU's and basically assures themself or a couple of those awards. and they continue to do this each and every season until their dot hit Pro level. the added BT's accrued from the seasons in the crap leagues would give the player a edge over players that didn't sandbag their entire career.
