It's better to not boost to 4 until the last day of the off-season, so that way you get more training in and don't have to use as many skill points to cap.

This is the end of the session....or do you mean day 48 ..... Ill save boots till the end of next session too.......

and just because you boost, it doesn't mean you have to spend the skill points.

You get more training gains while the attribute is lower, so i'd hold onto those skill points til either right before game 1 or right before you hit level 5 / 6 if you can hold out that long.
