I just recently did some shopping for my WR and was offered a bunch of useless crap that a WR would never, ever want. I thought this aspect of the shop had been fixed so that you were only offered items that related to your position, but I guess it is still screwed up. For example I was offered a +% avoid fake item at least twice, now what kind of fakes does a WR need to avoid? Then I was offered a +5% deflect ball item, who would ever buy that for their WR??? These are equipment items a defender would want, not a WR. Now I'm willing to gamble and shop for equipment, and even change directions with my build to fit a particular item I get offered, but the items offered should at least be compatible for a player at your position.
So my suggestion is that Bort give the shop a make over so that when you shop for equipment you are only offered items useful for your dots position. Items with + attributes for one of your players major or minor attributes (based on arch type) only. Items with + SAs or +% that are useful for your position, so offensive dots get offered things that help on offense, and defensive dots get offered things that help with defense.
On a side note, I was also offered a + First Step SA item (clean, ie no attribute bonus) for 15 BT. I thought that was a bit high so I check to see what it would cost me to build it fro scratch and the cost was 18 BTs. Once you add in the 3 BTs spent on the shopping trip, the price was the same. I'm okay with not every item being a huge discount when you shop but every item should have at least a small discount IMO.
