Shula, Landry, Lombardi. These are guys who are a part of the on the field game. Why not represent them with something more concrete and on the "field" than the players own personality which rarely makes itself felt in a replay?
The OC, DC and Owner all have a personality, which will show through in the gameplanning and tactics. They are the coaches. No need for anything more.
