Now for all the NON-Playoff Teams in each League a Consolation Playoff Bracket should be formed instead of assigning random games. Now i know most may lol it, and no im not saying give the Consolation bracket winner a trophy, just suggesting GLB has a sense of direction. Now the WINNER of the Consolation bracket should be the next team promoted if a slot opens or in the case of WL they should be the ones to remain in WL if a slot is available.

Just suggesting this cause for teams that miss the Playoffs its a long 3 weeks off from GLB. This may help some to stay atuned to GLB!

If the winner of a consolation bracket of teams 9-16 might get promoted, how many teams do you really think would be trying to win that bracket? If a team finished in 9th place, there's no way they are going to want to get promoted.

being the best of the worst does not mean you should get promoted

Don't like it. Prefer the current intraconference scrimmage system. Fresher matchups, no stakes.

I gotta say -1 here. I can understand the thinking of the OP but in most cases this wouldn't work like the OP would want.

Why wld 9-16 make it? 3rd place and maybe 4th then you just add someone from another league
