WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO IMPROVE MY QB...

Speed is in a no-man's-land right now. Agility is also there, and carrying is getting there soon.

Are you trying to make a running QB or a passing QB? I really can't tell from your stats. Most QBs go for either running or passing, but I simply can't tell from what you have here.

The reason I say that is you're too slow to be a really effective runner, and you don't have enough throwing to be a really effective passer. It looks like you're just mediocre or bad at everything. I won't know what advice to give you until I know what you're trying to do.

I want to get my player on the leader board in my league. I want him to pass more. So my question is: What attribute/attributes do I have to train to make him a throwing QB and still be competitive at his level?

is that it... how about his strength? doesen't he have to get that up to be able to throw more effective?

Strength needs to be good, and for most of us it's a higher priority than agility. However, with your build you'll be doing a lot more scrambling. This means more dump passes and short timing routes, so strength is less important. Strength is most important for long throws.

For his passing to improve you need to improve vision. Vision will help you see your WRs, and find open running lanes. Spend SP to cap vision and agility, then start training those again. Put confidence and strength into your quad training group, because you'll need both of these attributes as well. Don't use SP on them until they're into the mid to high 30s though. Also, you'll want to train stamina up a few points, like to 23 or 25 or something like that.
