Apologizing in advance if suggested or already implemented I am 31 years old. Is there any way users over 18 or 21 can have this removed from the forum screen?

pretty sure the theory in general was supposed to be after you accepted going into that forum the block would be removed on the forums page too, however that obviously isn't the case. I'm not sure if bort shrugged that off or if he has been to busy to make that modification or what.
I don't think they want the accepting to seeing stuff in that forum removed, otherwise the forum rules will need to be enforced more strictly. So I think you're better off suggesting that it shows the threads if you've already accepted the agreement to that forum.
