All World League players are eligible.
1/3 Voting by WL owners (one vote per team)
1/3 Voting by WL players (one vote per agent for each WL player he has)
1/3 Voting by "fans" i.e. all agents (one vote per agent, or could have unlimited voting like RL)
Vote for number at each position to make a full roster for each conference.
Temporary rosters would be compiled and the game would be played maybe two days after the last LCGs.
Losing coordinators of the CCGs would coordinate their respective conference teams, and could bring in Asst coordinators. They could import their AIs or use presets, and modify to suit the personnel. If voting took place thru the CCGs, then they would have four days to get the depth charts together and the AI set up to match it, and allow some scrim "practices" to test things out. Agents could choose to allow their builds to be seen or not.
Agents of players elected to the Pro Bowl would get some Reward Points, winners would get double. Players would get trophies for making the Pro Bowl, and coordinators would get trophies for winning. Top Performers would get endorsements, with MVP getting best endorsement.
Benefits would include extra recognition and Reward Points for players elected to the Pro Bowl, and a game with all the top dots competing that everyone could enjoy watching and discussing.
Also, all defensive players would have to play on "Relaxed" tactics lol
Probably lots of reasons why this can't/won't happen, but hey thinking about how a GLB Pro Bowl could work is more exciting than watching the actual Pro Bowl.
