Add to the top of a custom play, or package, a Scouting button. This would create a drag down showing the teams the user has access to that has used this play or package this season. Selecting the given team in the drag down then opens the next scouting page.
This would then open a page similar to the current scouting page with a list of the games and then the usual bottons and check boxes for the opposing formations and situations in which that play or package came into use and the results therefore.
Not sure on the exact format. But right now I am piling through replays trying to figure out which defensive plays and packages are working and which are getting creamed and its a tedious chore to say the least. It would be far easier if the computer broke down this into a scouting UI.
It would make the gaming of the owner or coordinator much easier and effective.
OPTIONS
You could have this for the standard premade plays as well.
AND adding buttons to limit the plays to be reviewed by players as well would be cool. IE This play with this defensive tackle etc. Or Depth Charts etc.
