Right now if I have a +6 Speed, +1 Elusive Tree and +2 Spin/+6% Fake Chance for example, if I want to change the CEQ I have to sell back the entire piece and re-buy it.

I would like to have it possible to sell back in 5 parts. The Attribute Bonus, Tree Bonus and then the CEQ split into the 3 upgrade levels. This way people can change their custom later in their careers w/out it costing as much as selling the whole piece and re-buying.

It just seems silly to have to sell back a part of it you want to keep to fix a part of it you dont want to keep.

While I understand the desire to do this, I sincerely doubt Bort would ever go for it since it means less money for him.

Not sure on this one. Sounds ok but you have the same situation on AEQ. You can't sell back part of an AEQ, so not sure you should be able to sell back part of CEQ. I realize it's somewhat different because you generally buy it piece buy piece as you go up levels, but you could say the same about AEQ as well.

What about a conversion similar to AEQ where you could convert parts, as you laid out, as a fractional cost. So changing the 6 attributes (which cost 600 to start) might cost 50 flex to change to new attributes.
