Looking for a new team for next season. I think I'm built for NT, but really, that's the call for the DC, not me.

Would prefer non-casual teams, but no hard and fast rules. Likewise, would prefer to start, but I don't really care, so long as I get enough plays for max XP.

max XP is automatic now.
