Simple suggestion. 4 TEs is now almost mandatory. This is not a situation of the community not adjusting to the sim and needing to give something up in order to take advantage of a new play. This is a matter of the sim changing in a fairly radical way and existing roster limits, which were in fact limiting before, becoming more restrictive now.

This was pure addition by the GLB team. There was nothing removed which might make it easier to find a position to cut. Therefore, the roster should be expanded.

I feel this is a more appropriate response to the new formations rather than reducing OOPs on FBs or WRs to play in this slot. The addition of one additional roster spot would not drastically effect game balance and if teams choose not to use it for a 4th TE, then so be it. There will not be a drastic effect.

There's still only 11 players used on 2 TE formations. This just gives you more options on style of offense you want to run.

-1. 55 is a perfectly reasonable roster limit and is consistent with most active-day rosters. Teams that don't have enough personnel to run a formation (i.e., shotgun five wide, goal line, etc.) probably shouldn't run that formation.

Choice equals possibility, not certainty.
