if a player moves from one team to another seems like can end up missing a game's worth of XP if the two teams play on different days...either don't allow the move until AFTER the next game or credit the player for being on the roster of the old team (since playing isn't required anymore for game XP)

-1 to disallowing teams to make moves but

+1 to this.....or any fix that does not cost a player moved training, daily XP's, and1 game of XP as well.

+1. had to retired one of my elusive HBs because he got randomly traded and missed out on game xp.

that could potentially be a HUGE issue if a malicious owner tried to deliberately screw a player by trading him to team where the player would miss a game

Game based XP has become an archaic hanger on from the old XP system. Time for it to go. Either average out the xp over the season or give the game amount of XP every other day regardless of whether playing a game or not (just to keep the timing of the new XP system).
