I am currently multi training Speed Strength Agility and Tackling

get str to 83 natural

Speed is a minor, so stop putting points in it for a while. You'll want it high in the end, but it's much more efficient to get your majors to where they need to be first. And your most important major after str is agi. And you'll wanna get agi to 81-83 natural as well. Then it's your call with what you do between speed/vis/tackling, but all 3 are important in the end also.
