What would be the best va for a passing/running qb

Depends how much you want to throw and how much you want to run, Track Star and Quick Feet are both good bets though.

I was thinking football genius because vision is part of running and passing

yeah quick feet too if you have at least 2 of the affected SAs imo

Vision is not as useful as i would have hoped. My Rushing QB has 100 vision natural, its been of dubious value thus far, i built him as a test and hopes that vision would be made more valuable for vision arc and ideal run patterns.

vision is definitely VIP for any QB, for a dual threat QB,
and for his running ability as well. still-
mid 80's is good and i don't think the diff between 87 and 100 vision
is gonna do much for your scrambler, i would personally put those points elsewhere

and with all the other things u will want for your VAs
QF, slippery, TS, QR, SYM and LA
i would say Super Vision is not even on the list, just sayin
