Warrior General Games

Rep has been added to a few public forums so the ability seems to be there already. I think it could be useful in private forums and think the forum owners should be able to decide if they want it on or off in their private forums.

Forum owner could choose to turn it on or off, but I am in a few private forums in which I think this could be useful.
