They remain in plateau longer, though. In other words, they are at their prime longer. Overall their careers are much longer.

not sure why this wasn't locked yet, must have overlooked it

however, Bort and Catch said that players will not change in the plateau. You should be the same heading into plateau as you are leaving plateau.

not to mention, that'd be a ton of VAs
