Bump, since this is dot creation time.
Also, as a general suggestion for GLB conduct, when things go wrong with flex refunds, like they did today for a bit, why not actually post an official announcement/warning so that people are aware they might be owed some flex back? The admins I PMed were great about the issue, but not officially announcing this kind of thing gives me the impression GLB is happy to let the lost flex slide unless people notice it for themselves, and that's not really on. Just an idea...
