There are times when I will turn off Auto-Training for a player to get training percentages to 99%. today I went to a player and he had 26 training points. I am glad I checked since if I had waited a few more days I would have started to miss training points.

I think an alert saying "Player X has the maximum number of training points and will not accumulate any more points until you train your player."

To be honest, as it is now, it is a decent reason to check in on your players every 2 weeks.

What is considered inactive for a player? If an agent logs on, but does nothing to train or build their player, is that player still considered active because the agent logs on?

Meh. I don't know how useful it would be. You already can sort players on the homepage by training points, which really is the best "alert." A system alert also wouldn't give much time to fix the situation anyway. Still, it wouldn't harm anything to have it, so it's not an idea worth condemning.

The "I get enough alerts already" counter-argument is weak sauce; keep your players trained and you'd never see one.
