There's a significant difference with the acceleration in player building: rookie teams are usually boosted the season before and begin their first season at level 4. PeeWee players are prohibited from boosting the previous season, so they begin their first season at level 1.

Not sure why you asked why they should be considered differently, then. I thought 1 ≠ 4 was obvious too.

Wasn't trying to come off as rude, but I basically said "they are the same age, why should they be considered differently"........ you answered with the difference between peewee and rookie builds, which shouldn't matter in this discussion. Where the points are placed shouldn't really matter IMO, but since they are the same age should be compared with each other in the same manner?

This was already shown earlier in the thread...Yes, that is a cool feature, but I don't know if you have checked or not but MANY silver teams are ranked ahead of Maine and all the teams in gold (Not very accurate but that's a different story). Also as mentioned before these rankings would include Pee Wee as a whole not just individual leagues.

I guess I wasn't clear -- rookie teams outlevel peewee teams. Throwing them together just because they are the same "age" would be like grouping World League teams with National Pro and Regional Pro teams.

This...Pee Wee is a separate from regular GLB leagues imo...Many Pee Wee owners at least in gold, only play Pee Wees and for us long time Pee Wee players it would be cool to see who is the best.

This might be needed if they ever got rid of Gold, but right now it doesn't matter if you are good in Silver, because you likely only need to worry about losing one match all season.

In order to determine the best in silver, don't they have the PWS tourny?

I dunno.... I'd rather see them just do away with level 1 Pee Wee and implement the start with level 40 player Pee Wee Bort had talked about like a year ago.

Being good at Pee Wee is a skill because everyone starts on a level playing field, blah, blah, blah, but with the age based leagues I found that the elite leagues were almost as competitive as PWG, without that annoying level one sim.

Are you suggesting that they don't already do that?

Also, WL teams already are grouped with the National Pro teams for the National Pro Tourny, so I'm not sure that is a fair comparison.

They also group regional pro with casual regional pro.

I'm not sure Pee Wee is going to be the first on the list for this fix.

When you filter by "age bracket," Pee Wee and World League are the only two brackets not on the filter list. Adding "Pee Wee" to the filter solves the OP.

The initial resistance ITT doesn't baffle me; I hate PeeWees too. But this suggestion isn't asking for something that most every other team doesn't already have. (Exceptions: World League, which should top the global rankings anyway, and Rookie, which has their rankings polluted by PeeWees.)
