i have poor stats... because i often play against OT lvl 20+ and i don't have money for FP to boost

I would suggest focusing your equipment boosts on one or two stats. You will soon reach the 48 level cap, where it costs 2 skill points to boost the stat by one. If you concentrate your equipment bonuses, you can be at 54 STR and 54 AGI without spending 2 SP on the stat.
