I don't think Disguise Blitz does much for LBs, although it is nice for blitzing corners and safeties. Aside from that, effectiveness depends mostly on the DC.

ive got plenty of blitzing LBs with that stuff on it, this was an experiment with all that other shit


EDIT: and yes, for some fcking reason i cant generate consistant sacks from the ROLB spot
