Let's see.

He's a level 10 pocket passer with 11.2 speed and 3|3|3|3|3 in the scrambler SA tree at level 10. He also has 4|7|2|3|3 in the pocket passer tree, and 2 in look off as the extra SA. He also has +2 not fumble, +2 pass quality, +3 pass distance.

You've already spent a lot of points in SAs, and a lot of BTs in AEQ. I'm opening my level 6 QB for you to view. I'm extreme building him for throwing first, then vision. I messed up in the initial points by putting points into strength instead of vision, but I can make that up with boosting at the end of his first season. I will also have throwing at 81at the end of the season, with enough SP left to cap vision at 49 before boosting. He's no good this season. He'll start being good next season.

Here's my advice on how you can improve qb aaron rodgers#12. Retire him at the end of the season, don't save the name, and start over with a comprehensive plan on how to maximize training (quad train) and ALGs (boost one attribute at a time). Really, it just looks like you threw something together and hoped that he would be good.

Here's my other piece of advice on learning how to build players. Ask your fellow GMs on your team. They can tell you what to do, trust me on this!

I already did that with my first player. You can make him better by using some of the build concepts, but he'll never be as good as he could be if you retire him and start over.

If you really don't want to retire him then the first thing you need to do is not put another point into SA's until at least lvl 60.

Take throwing up to at least 81 before you spend skill points on anything else then move on and do the same with your next attribute. Always invest in your primary attributes before your minors.

4-way multi train as long as possible.

This is an extremely simplified version of how to make a good dot but should yield you better results than what you have gotten so far.
