We all know how fucking easy it is to actually put together a game plan, takes about 10 minutes to figure shit out. The OC's know it doesn't have to take much time at all, to be quite frank. So I have always laughed at people proclaiming to be really good coordinators. The key to success is matching VA's to builds, and having tactics in place with certain builds ........ if a team is on the same page in both of those categories (assuming the dots are well built), being an OC is fucking easy ..... but yes, OC's do take all the credit for any success .......... Any failures, and its obviously the, "We didn't game plan" routine

you and this Brian dude have no clue

GMath has been a hater since he came out of the womb.

Bhall is a proven top OC. Doesn't matter if he quit OC'n forever he'll be regarded as that.

Also don't bitch about stacks, you're better then that. You can do the same as any other team does. The biggest stacks have been nerfed and if you run the same stacks then some others well.........I guess you just haven't figured out how to fucking use them yet.

No offense Lem but I have quite a bit of knowledge on this.

I was an OC for ATKM and TAP, I OC'd Belfast Commandos when in WL, I owned, OCd and DCd a perennial WE power team, Tulsa Doom, I OC'd the KC Gorillas when in CPL (which is primarily where I learned RNG > most everything and I was also a tester.

JT took over ATKM when I was done with OCing, and he took them to WL. But I had them in the championship 2xs and lost by RNG both times against I believe to the Hounds.

Now I'm DCing multiple teams with the same approach. It works well for almost every team I'm involved with. Is it elite, no. But it took down Spring Hill 2 seasons ago in APL and got an undermanned Texas Longhorns team past stronger opponents each of the last two seasons...and 2 seasons ago they got knocked out of the playoffs by RNG. Watch the game:

When teams are equally skilled RNG is the dominant force behind the results. Kid yourselves all you want. And I am looking forward to coordinating here in WEPL again, especially with Alpine gone.

no one was bitching about stacks. to be honest, bhall is a great OC. I just fuck with him on the forums since dpride bought his account a few seasons back. Part of being an OC/DC whatever is setting up your team to win and using VA stacks, etc. is a huge part of that. bhall was one of the best at that.

But other parts of the game, and the one that most people are talking about is specific game planning. bhall was one of the best in the game when it came to finding one on one favorable passing match ups and spamming them. He was hit or miss in the run department, but I don't think that's where he focused his energy.

As far as you go, I don't think I've ever seen someone get such a big head from one lucky playoff run in my life. You had no business beating Dallas in the first round, so someone saying you had "perfect gameplan" for that is just laughable. Then Sofia game was all late game stacks (which is what it is, but it's not like you game plan for late game stacks unless your gameplan is to be losing going into the final 5 minutes of the game). You kicked EAG's ass and Odessa was a shitty RNG for them, but you outgameplanned them there. Hats off. You've certainly come a long way from the shit coordinator you were back with the Portland Niners, but you're really nothing special. Most of the WL level OCs/DCs are pretty close. I do respect that you do both at a very high level because few people do. Nonetheless, it's just funny how quick people are to jump on someone's bandwagon when they have a few RNGs. Winning 4 in a row in the WL playoffs right now requires some luck, period. Anyone that thinks otherwise is either full of shit, or just dumb. Of course, it's not all luck, but if we run the same sim with the same gameplan 10 times, I don't think any WL playoff game would be a 10 for 10 scenario without a major AI gaffe.

So Canton has just been un-lucky in every playoff season?
