So how high should I take throwing up? 77?
Then vision, strength, confidence?

throwing at 83, vision at 81, strength and confidence depends on the archetype you are building

IMO throwing should be higher than 83 natural. more like 85-89

So at pocket passing what would that lead the other attributes? In terms of 85 throwing or so.

dude, believe me stick to 83 with EQ points ect.... it will be enough on the throwing attribute. because depending on your archetype it will leave on the short end of the stick on strength or/and confidence.
