Pretty sure he's talking about how teams a season or 2 younger can hit lvl 79, but the teams on the cut-off point got fucked and can't get that high.

Conventional wisdom for seasons has been that teams of the Sin/Cubes age should have retired and restarted as pure AT players, as they wouldn't be able to beat non-AT players ahead of them or the pure-AT players behind them. I'm not a big fan of conventional wisdom. We'll beat all your dots, regardless of age.
