so here it is
the college football network or CFN and the college football league
the network would be like any other
the league would be a non boosting league where we set up divisions and send scrimages to each other and have real life awards bowl games and a poll
all teams would have to be a college football team

would be hard to compete with them taking tons of agents and its lots of work. takes a lot of people to run a league.
