Please Rate. This is only my first kicker and I am not sure how he is working out. If I were to make another kicker what would some suggestions be to improving the next one?

Looks good. I'd move eq all to kicking if possible. Focus on str/vis with SP as kick/con are too high. Also, might cap jum and speed or at least train them higher.
