You should be at or above 600 player value. Search the wiki for how to build. You are simply doing it all wrong.

Honestly I haven't really paid much attention.

should have taken your main skill to 80+ whilst multi training 4 attributes, then when you're done with the first attribute, put in in the multi train until it is 90ish
