I would like to learn how to be an OC or a DC or ST coach if anybody wouldnt mine brining me on as a GM on a team and showing me the ropes so I can become a coach that would be great. Thanks.

there are forums that you can join to learn to DC/OC, not sure about special teams but they're pretty easy to do.
