I 'owner-OC-HC' since the 12 season I did this job at almost every level in the game.
So I look for 1 or 2 teams to lead as OC.
but my only wishes are:
to have a complete team with a serious roster.
i don't care if it's rushing or passing team i can adjust my AI...
