money shouldn't be a driving issue. You should be training on relaxed, most, if not all of the time. Also, if you have a decent owner they will be willing to fork over a little extra cash when you need it for equipment upgrades.

this is what my owner does. signs us to one year contracts, and gives us bonuses when we need upgrades
