Im looking for 2 teams to help out in anyway I can. I like to try new things, I am a hard worker and I don't cause any problems for teams. Both my first 2 seasons OC and DC for different teams we went to the Championship.
Offensive: I can run a run-first or pass-first offensive scheme. I try to suit my skills to the players and build the A.I. around them....I use alot of 3 wide reciever sets, I also love screens.
Defense: I like to run a 4-3 defense, I also will run a 3-4 defensive too and I blitz often to keep the opposing offense off-balance. In order to that I will need a strong backfield (SS & FS) to really be effective.
ST: I try to do the best I can to get the offense into better field position
