Seahawks stuck too long with Seneca Wallace as backup, and then Holmgren took him to the Browns. Then they traded for "Clipboard Jesus" aka Charlie Whitehurst - who hasn't shown much. They are on their third HC in 4 seasons, and their 4th OC (IIRC). No stability in the team means no consistent thinking and no good decisions.
