I am looking for an experienced offensive and defensive coordinators. You tell me what you need and I will make it happen. We have a very strong team but I don't have the knowledge to win the league. Everyone on the team has signed 2 year deals so wee are built strong for the next two seasons. I will allow you to come in and put any offense or defense you want. If you need the depth chart changed then you can tell me and I will change it. The offense and defense will be yours. I don't want someone with no experience to come in and take over.
