Hey, to anyone that is interested in a position as an OC, I am in need of a quality offensive coordinator. Right now I have a solid OC, but the problem is he won't be able to devote his time because of schooling and just life in general. I know it's late into the season but I promise you that you won't be joining a horrible team.
We actually already have a really great DC on board, really solid GM's and a owner who is committed to doing what ever it takes to win. I handle the recruiting and the forums are always live. The only thing we are missing is just an OC that can take the reigns.
I am looking for someone who is committed and would be able to give their devoted time to a team that is looking to win its first championship. We have had great success including making the play-offs every season I have owned the team, and going to three straight elite championship games. Only problem is we never won the gold.
