As the owner, I don't have the time these days to keep on top of things, so am looking for a Head Coach to handle the day to day running of the team. I will expect you to communicate with me and the team.
We have a solid OAI that has been performing well with limited tweaking, but that's not going to cut it in the Pros.
While I have connections, we do have a couple of critical needs that need the attention of a dedicated recruiter.
