That is definately NOT the way to effectively run a team. We treat all of our guys with respect. We also don't just go get higher players to replace the guys that we promised starting positions to. And we have no interest in trading anyone.....we love this team.

That is not true. High level punters and kicker can name their price on the open market. Tough to get good special teams players.
