I have alot of experience at almost every level. I am looking for good ownership and hopefully a proven OC so that the success of the team isn't completely on my shoulders. You should be able to recruit solid agents and have a 50-55 man roster of good agents that will listen and not complain. I would prefer to have some input in the other players signed as some build types work better then others at the lower levels and I run plays that work better with certain archetypes.
I will run a very basic set of custom plays in the regular season and continue to tweak and experiment with a few plays every few games but I don't have the time to spend watching replays for hours. The plays work and will likely just need adjusting to match changes to the sim. I will do enough to get a decent team in the playoffs and then turn it on when it matters.
If you are looking to be a completely dominanting defense all season with a DC that is fully engaged, I am not the right person for your team but if you want someone who has seen everything an offense can throw at you and make you a damn tough beat come playoff time then send me a PM.
I have 11 defensive players and don't care if they are backups or starters but the best players for my style of defense will start. They are currently level one but if the right rookie offer comes along they will all be boosted to 4's but no custom equipment at this point.
