What do you guys thinks. Elusive back majors .5 , returner majors .4

I'm sure someone here as done a player builder and some math to determine what ends up with a better build.

I used the Returner Archetype, but if I were to start over I would go with Elusive

Elaborate. Because I'm at a draw between which 1 to choose.

The .5 in the long run would be more helpful to return and rushing. Other then that it's drawing straws.

I use the Elusive AT on my returners and make sure stamina in the training regimen. It's easier to adjust speed down later in your career if it's too high than it is to take it up if it's too low. Also, I think Juke above 10 is more valuable than FS + QC over 10.

thought anything over 10 on SAs was a very small return (not worth it)?

I had to say "over 10" because we don't know how much boost the favored SAs get. It's not worth paying 5 sp/point. However, if you've got AEQ and custom in a spot that's favored, then you're over 10 with just 2 "natural" SA points at a cost of 1 sp/point. That's literally a five times better deal.

Small gains are usually more important on contested rolls (like Juke) with a pass/fail mechanic than uncontested ones like First Step/Quick Cut. I'm not a huge fan of super high First Step on returners in any case unless you know who will be in your wedge for the rest of your career, and that FS won't shoot you past them too quickly.
